Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
